Field Investigation Specialist On-site environmental mapping, initial interviews, and physical anomaly checking.
Key Skills Needed Background in field research, private investigation, or law enforcement.
Technical & Telemetry Analyst Operating audio/video spectrum analyzers, thermal imaging, and sensor arrays.
Key Skills Needed Electronics, audio/video post-processing, or hardware troubleshooting.
Research & Case Historian Archival research, property history verification, and local legend debunking.
